| Benefit: | A large water detention facility was constructed on private land to capture and store flows during periods of high rainfall for slow release during the summer low flow period. On-site habitat values were improved by planting approximately 30 acres of native trees and shrubs adjacent to the Canard Valley ESA to expand this feature for the benefit of local fish and wildlife populations (14) |
